I am so grateful to be a member of the Practitioner core at WLCSL here in Fort Collins. It has been my privilege to be in the Science of Mind Philosophy since 1980 and be part of many CSL communities around the U.S. as I have traveled for my work. After being born and raised as the youngest of 17 children on a farm in Iowa, raising two children as a single parent, and surviving cancer three times, I clearly know that the philosophy of Science of Mind has been the one consistent, sustaining place of safety and healing in my life. Once I read and applied the teachings of Ernest Holmes, my life changed completely.

Professionally: My early career was as a psychotherapist working with individuals with eating disorders and addictions and their families. I then managed recovery units in hospitals across the U.S. More recently, I have enjoyed designing and recruiting for technical and engineering departments, providing outplacement services for corporations, and providing career and life transition consulting services for individuals. I am a sustaining member and volunteer for NoCoNet, Habitat for Humanity and Character Fort Collins.

Personally: I have lived in Fort Collins for 11 years and love serving both in my work and at WLCSL. I am currently continuing my studies in the Doctorate of Divinity program at the Emerson Theological Institute. My passions are hiking, movies with meaning, reading, teaching, spiritual counseling, spending time with my children and my Maine Coon cat, and working out on my treadmill.
I look forward to serving in a deeper way at Whole Life and am honored to be part of this loving, supportive fellowship.

After a lifetime of 'dabbling' with many spiritual paths, I found the most practical AND inspirational way to walk with the Divine at Whole Life Center for Spiritual Living. The WLC classes and community help me feel excited and confident about continuing to court a personal relationship with Spirit.

Since coming to Whole Life 4 years ago, I have grown in so many ways. This community has provided, and continues to provide a welcoming and accepting environment for my spiritual awakening. I am home.
